My company filed two tax returns with Gabby Ramirez, PAID all taxes to the IRS and California in 2012 and 2013. I filed and paid to close my LLC in 2015 with another tax firm and when I contacted the same tax person (2015 guy, not Gabby) to file taxes as an American resident of Italy, I was told the LLC was not successfully closed since 2012 and 2013 were not filed and 2012 LLC fees were not paid.
