TERRIBLE place for testing!! Personal discrimination at its highest, and no way for the public to protect themselves from it. I was failed on temperature supposedly being “out of range” but they don’t legally have to record an actual reading. If your sample is, say 37.4 degrees centigrade, the sample collector can make the call to fail your sample without actually knowing the exact number.... legally the acceptable range is 33 to 38. I talked to the operations manager and he assured me that a 20 year sample collector does not discriminate, but only makes HER professional opinion. Sounds like a complete discrimination case and what bothers me more is the lack of accuracy on a D&A test that determines if the bills are paid and the kids eat.... something needs to change!!!!
