As a professional for over 20 years, I booked an appointment hoping to get some feed back regarding my job search. While the woman was nice she flat out told me there was NOTHING they could do to help me, and perhaps I should get a factory job of some kind and start over (I am in my early 50's) So she sent me on my way with tears in my eyes, and a big smug smile on her face. They didn't even bother to pretend to help me
