I used Choice Accounting Solutions for 2014, 2015, and 2016, and they had major issues 2 out of the 3 years. The customer service and attention to detail are severely lacking here, and the owner, Danny, does a very poor job of overseeing the work done by his employees. For 2014 I was misquoted the amount of my return by $1500, which he blamed on a typo, and in 2016 his office forgot to send in documentation that caused an almost year long delay in getting my amended return.
