Terrible customer service........their instructor made a mistake (grading my PF1) and when i proved it was the instructor's mistake they got upset and tried to cover it up. Same instructor did same error to couple of my colleagues as well. No apologies from their end, what so ever, nothing at all plus after confronting them on their mistake, they gave me the lowest mark available. I can't get it.......you pay them all this money and they try to give you the lowest available mark. Pathetic!!!!Oh.....and my course/instructor evaluation is coming soon.
