The customer service is awful. I found the instructor was great. I made an error on my transfer credit in April and no one notified me. It is now October and I am still waiting. 2 weeks ago I mailed in another form, yes 5 months and no one contacted of the error. I contacted them. They did not even look into it until I asked how I was able to take the final course without the credit course. They stopped communicating with me. My job depends on the designation so on top of their lack of customer service and decency I could lose my job!
