I dealt with Rhys, can honestly say Rhys worked so hard to help me find the right placement. He is a very kind person nothing is any trouble, giving you confidence to move forward and a good listener. I have dealt with agency’s in the past and have found them to be very pushy, this is not the case here. Would highly recommend Blue Arrow Sheffield and again many thanks to Rhys.

I've worked in recruitment before so I understand the challenges consultants face daily and trying to find the balance between managing client and candidates. It's no easy feat and I have respect for anyone that can be successful in this field. To date blue arrow hasn't let me down, they have been honest and provided support when I've needed it. Kudos to Rhys for being a bro and lending understanding ear when I occasionally falter. I've yet to come across an agency this professional and decent.
