A solid numbers guy and a thorough professional who also is a real person. He attends to his clients like he would a personal friend. One year when my income shot up I walked into his office, laid down on the couch, and said, "Tom, this is going to be more like a therapy session. I am freaking out over how much I am going to have to pay." He rolled around from behind his desk without missing a beat and said, "Yes, but how does that make you feel?"
