Far and away, the worst title company we have ever worked with! The escrow officer we worked with was extremely unresponsive, we have never been able to get her on the phone, even when her colleagues reached out to her and told her she needed to call us back. The closing of our loan was delayed as a direct result of her lack of actions. She gave us incorrect information multiple times, and kept our loan from being able to fund for days because she wouldn't respond to us or send us the requested documentation. If we weren't required by the seller's to use this title company we would have switched to a more professional title agency. I wish I could give 0 stars, and a warning to all that this title company will come with consequences.
