God awful. I am a broker in IN that does a lot of foreclosure listings and sales and certain banks use Bay National. Everytime it is a joke. They have seriously put one of my clients home address on a home he already owned on the deed instead of the property he was buying. They did that to me too, used my mailing address on the deed. Trying to sell me my own house LOL They cannot do anything right. The last one was the kicker though, over $3,000 in title fees on a cash transaction, should have been $1,000 and I was forced to use them and I will NEVER be forced to use them again. From now on my clients and I will use our own local title company and pay extra to do so. These people are a JOKE.
