Bailey's is based out of an old food truck that no longer moves.There is a canopy in front but no indoor seating. The bathrooms are far away in the middle of the big cannery building adjacent to the 'cafe'.No place to wash your hands... This is a local, no frills place that is affordable and convenient for a lot of the working people of haiku.

This was the BEST place we ate at in Maui! The steak was extremely tender and flavorful! The prices were decent and the service was great! DEFINITELY EAT HERE!!

Simple but tasty plate lunches. Chopped steak was amazing! Shoyu Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a great and economical place to stop for lunch before Hana.

Delicious! I had the grass fed beef chopped salad, and my husband had the tofu. Both were very tasty. The salad was made with very fresh greens, and the mac salad was very good (not too much mayo). Highly recommend.

I was told to check this place out for "awesome" Local food. Honestly the food was okay... but as far as for local food it was nothing compares to "real" local food. I make Shoyu Chicken at home for my Ohana and this was not even close to our Shoyu Chicken. I was really insulted when they didn't ask US if we were Kama'aina... I'm Hapa pretty obvious! So I didn't even get the dicount.. didn't know they offered it until they offered it to these "haole" kids after me!!!.. small Kine rude!!!. Also... Local food. ?. But I didn't see one Hawaiian working...

This food truck has the best food ever, when my wife does not pack my lunch Bailey's it is, If you like fresh food made from scratch you will not be disappointed, ohhh don' t let me forget about the drinks they are awesome, much aloha

All the bois cruise there often asfffff. They’re food is so amazing every time and there prices are super minor. Customer service is amazing, the wait can feel like a bit sometimes but mainly because they’re always busy but it’s always worth it. In my opinion the best thing to get on the menu is the teriyaki tofu plate. Along with a berry hibscus tea.
