This is nothing against any one person at the company. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and receptive. However, I'm starting to become frustrated with the company. I ended up getting a job at a company, but my recruiter had very little information about my hours/wardrobe/expectations for the first day. It's very stressful to start a new job and knowing those basic things would've eased my anxiety. Since starting this job, I've had little-to-no contact with my recruiter. When I got a text a few weeks ago to update Advanced Resources on how my assignment is going, I figured out that my recruiter no longer works at the company! I have yet to be connected with a new recruiter who promised to update me on how I stand on my assignment. I'm not sure who is going to reach out to me or when that is going to happen, which as you can imagine, is frustrating for me. I thought a recruiting company was supposed to work in conjunction with me to update/provide feedback on my assignment and that is not happening.
