Feedback:
ADP is absolutely terrible! There's no support on the website, and the app is no help either. I contacted a rep via chat and they were not patient at all as the female I spoke to was rushing me. The only thing I needed was to terminate my account and open a new one due to having a new job and I don't even have that option to do that on my own. HR from my previous job told me to contact ADP but they're just no help on the site, on the app, or in the chat.
