I've been locked out of my online account and was instructed to call the number on the back of my card. The answering message gives you no option to speak with an operator after pressing "0" multiple times it just continues back to its original irrelevant questions. When I am finally put on hold for an operator, after 5 minutes of waiting the digital operator tells me I can just find answers on the FAQ page and then hangs up on me. You can only contact this company via this customer service number or snail mail. Infuriating.
