My experience with adp has been effin brutal. I'm shaking with anger right now. I was on hold to get an issue with this week's payroll fixed. A simple severance payment with the rrsp being reduced and taxed properly. I was on hold for 2 hours, and when I finally got an answer. The employee aggressively told me he had no clue how to do what I was asking. He was a mad man! I asked to speak to a manager and had to wait another 40 minutes. My morning is shot at this point. The manager walked me through the changes, and when it was processed after 5 today, it still did not work correctly! I now have a tough conversation with this employee monday morning due to this incompetence
