Feedback:
I have decided to change my review after receiving a lengthy response from owner, venting her frustrations. Guess what, my previous review was out of frustration as well. Except, I am not a business. Will not elaborate on the story here, no point. Was told something would be taken care of but was given excuse later not to have it done. Hence, felt deceived and lied to. However, will give 2 more stars for current tax file job done quickly.
