Got a major problem with Vonage. Your customer service agents are taught to LIE TO CUSTOMERS! I called Several Times, and asked where the agents were physically located, and they claimed "Holmdel NJ". When I pressed further, asking simple questions like who is the mayor of Holmdel, they were Speechless, and finally admitted they were in the Philippines, And Told to lie about their location. I ...am against outsourcing, but if they were honest about it, thats one thing. But for them to lie, and insult my intelligence, THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Y'all are purposely teaching your employees to lie. I tried this Several Times, and informed the agents they were being recorded. When I Spoke to a supervisor, he Said because most callers are racists, and hang up when they find out a foreigner answers. Well, hello, that's not being racist-that's trying to protect American jobs. AND I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT PURPOSELY TEACHES EMPLOYEES TO LIE ABOUT THEIR PHYSICAL LOCATION! Anyway, they can't fool me because I Can Tell by their accent. So your scheme didn't wor, and you will lose customers, because now, I URGE ALL TO BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY! THEY AMITTTEDLY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND DON'T EVEN DENY THAT THEY REAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO DO SO. BOYCOTT THEM
