Client Review on Vonage Holdings Corporation

Worst fraud prevention practices ever. Thieves got hands on our personal info due to OPM data breach in summer 2015. Someone changed our email and pw on vonage acoout. I did got email of change with note "if u did not request Chang call us asap" which I did, but these nutcases kept asking what our email add and security questions answers. Which we wouldn't know because they were changed by ID thievs. But vonage fraud dept couldn't get it. I am still waiting for resolution.
