I switched to Nextiva to help me become more flexible in the way I work. I run my own business, and have always had the aim to be able to provide my clients with exceptional service, as if my business was a large company with a large team. The Nextiva App and Nextiva Drive has transformed the way I work. I often take on short term contractors for large projects, and it is easy to add users and scale up as I need and give them access to our phone and cloud systems. The call quality is great, no matter where you are, and the video conferencing has been really useful when I have other staff onboard, as it means I can pick the best person for the job, rather than picking someone that is in the same area as me. Now when my contractors are working remotely, it’s as efficient as if they are in the same place. I’m really happy with how it is all going.
